Ambedkar International School was founded in 2017 by Rajneesh Tiwari, a man driven by a heartfelt belief that every child in Lar and surrounding areas of Deoria deserves access to quality education. His vision was simple but powerful — build a school that feels like a family, where learning and values go hand in hand.
After his passing during the Covid period, his wife Pratibha Tiwari took on the responsibility of carrying his dream forward — and she has done so with extraordinary strength and dedication. Today, the school stands as a living tribute to his vision and her resolve.
Affiliated to the UP Board and offering classes from Nursery through Class 10, AIS has grown into one of the most trusted schools in the region — a place where children are nurtured to become confident, disciplined, and compassionate individuals.
To provide affordable, quality education that develops academic excellence alongside strong values, discipline, and cultural awareness — empowering every child to reach their full potential regardless of their background.
To be the most trusted educational institution in the Lar region — a school where children grow not just as students, but as thoughtful, responsible citizens who contribute meaningfully to society and their families.
"Our goal is not just to score marks in exams, but to make children better human beings who respect their culture." This belief guides every decision we make — from how we teach to how we celebrate.
Ambedkar International School was established at Matiyara Jagdish, Lar, Deoria by founder Rajneesh Tiwari — with a vision to bring quality, value-based education to the children of rural Deoria. Principal Ramjiwan Tiwari joined alongside to lead academic operations.
The school building expanded with dedicated classrooms, a Computer Lab, and a Science Lab — establishing the foundation of a modern learning environment in Lar block.
A full fleet of school buses and vans was launched to bring students safely from across the region. Smart classrooms with interactive screens were also introduced.
The school held its first Merit Honour Ceremony — felicitating top-scoring students from Nursery to Class 8 with certificates and medals. The event received coverage in multiple local newspapers.
With 500+ students, 30+ dedicated staff, a Music Room, Kids Learning Centre, CCTV monitoring across the campus, and a thriving culture of annual events, AIS continues to grow as the most trusted school in the region.
Ambedkar International School exists because one man dared to dream of a better future for the children of Lar. We carry his vision in everything we do.
Rajneesh Tiwari founded Ambedkar International School in 2017 with a singular belief — that quality education should not be a privilege but a right for every child, regardless of where they were born or what their circumstances were.
He built this school from the ground up, pouring his passion, energy, and heart into creating an institution that would serve the community for generations. Under his guidance, AIS grew rapidly — acquiring infrastructure, transport, modern classrooms, and a dedicated team of educators.
During the Covid period, we lost Rajneesh ji. But his dream did not stop. His wife, Director Pratibha Tiwari, took on the mantle of leadership and has since carried forward his vision with the same dedication, strength, and love for the children of this school.
"He didn't just build a school. He built a future for hundreds of families in Lar."
Ambedkar International School was founded in 2017 by Rajneesh Tiwari — a man of vision, energy, and deep commitment to education. He believed that every child in rural Deoria deserved the same quality of education as children in the cities, and he built this school as a living expression of that belief.
His leadership, passion, and drive laid the foundation of everything this school stands for today — from its infrastructure and values to its culture of celebration and community. A motivated speaker and educator, he inspired those around him to dream bigger and work harder.
We lost him during the Covid-19 period — a loss deeply felt by everyone who knew him and by the entire school family. But his vision did not stop with him. His wife, Director Pratibha Tiwari, has carried his dream forward with the same dedication and love, ensuring that the school he built continues to grow and serve the children of this community.
Pratibha Tiwari is the founding Director of Ambedkar International School. Her vision of bringing quality, value-based education to the children of rural Deoria is the driving force behind everything the school does.
Under her leadership, the school has grown from a small beginning to one of the most recognized institutions in Lar block, with media coverage, community outreach programs, and a warm, inclusive school culture.
"Success comes to those who set their goals and work hard. Our children are capable of achieving great things when given the right environment and guidance."
Principal Ramjiwan Tiwari brings decades of educational experience and a deep commitment to student welfare. He personally oversees the academic progress of every class and ensures the school maintains the highest standards of discipline and learning.
His hands-on approach — from presenting exam results at merit ceremonies to participating in Yoga Day alongside students — reflects his belief that leadership means being present and involved at every level.
"Education is not just about textbooks — it is about building character, discipline, and the confidence to face the world. That is what we strive for every day at AIS."
We set high academic standards while ensuring every child learns at their own pace with the support they need to succeed.
Discipline is taught through example, not just rules. Our daily assembly, uniform, and structured environment build strong character.
We celebrate every national festival, cultural occasion, and tradition with full participation — keeping our roots strong.
CCTV monitoring, a dedicated transport fleet, and a hygienic campus ensure every child is safe and healthy every single day.
From Yoga Day to Sports Day, every child participates. No child is left out — our school is a family.
Through campaigns like Swachh Bharat and community events, we teach children that education comes with a responsibility to give back.
